About the authors

She is an experienced HR professional, as Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and Fellow of the HEA , with over twenty years of experience working in a range of HR roles across multiple sectors. Gemma Dale is the author of How to Work Remotely and Flexible Working, also published by Kogan Page.
