About the authors

Sajia Ferdous is a Lecturer at Queen's Management School, Queen's University Belfast, UK. She is a Human Resource Management expert who teaches at postgraduate and undergraduate level. Previously, She has worked in the financial industry in managerial roles and is an Associate Fellow of HEA and an associate member of CIPD.
