Leading in times of change takes a lot of energy. Managing anxieties about change, welcoming change and keeping stakeholders on board while evidencing tangible progress can be challenging.

Leaders must ensure they are taking care of themselves in order to avoid being worn down by the demands of being a change leader.

Esther Cameron recommends that leaders take up journaling, work with a coach/learning group and meditate in order to look after their wellbeing during this time.
